'Thirteen Cats On The Roof' is the first Iranian film with special effects made by computers with shining scenes. The story is about a planet named Sumarai, damned by devil, so the king and his daughters have been changed to cats. But the youngest girl has time to save her life and her family; she sends an agent named Ramu to the earth to find her oldest sister and her fiance in order to defeat their enemy.

The movie is directed by Ali Abdolali-zadeh, not a famous director, and starring Mohammadreza Golzar, Merila Zarei, Mahnaz Afshar, Mohammadreza Sharifinia, Nima Fallah and etc.
13 cats... won the special prize of jury in the 22nd Fajr Film Festival last year because of the computer generated special effects. This comic-review was published in Iran Jom'e October 2004.
